Wash the dyeing machines with a sprayer when changing colors or other.
Perform physical tests of the safety strap.

Material handler
Description
We are currently looking for an EVENING handler.
Responsibilities
Prepare orders for shipment according to purchase orders;
Check the quantities in the boxes according to the order form;
Pack orders for shipment using the packing machine;
Weigh and measure the order;
Prepare delivery notes and customs forms or bills of lading;
Check and load the material to be shipped into the trucks;
Route purchase orders to the planning department;
Occasionally, receive the goods;
Check the goods with the invoice;
Wrap the received goods using the laminator;
Enter or modify storage tickets in the computer system;
Route incoming supplies to the appropriate departments;
Weigh the waste and record the weight and date on the coupons for the departments concerned;
Place empty boxes in appropriate locations;
Issue complaint forms as needed when merchandise is returned;
Verify product inventory and complete inventory report;
Performs all other job related duties;
Apply the 5S concepts;
Comply with safety regulations, work methods and instructions and the quality control plan.
Requirements
Pass the forklift test at 75%.

Inspector
Description
We are looking for an inspector to fill our night shift. Your job is to inspect the finished product, classify it according to quality criteria and put it in boxes or on racks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Thread the winding machine correctly;
Adjust the guides at the start and as needed;
Check the specification sheet for each product to be inspected;
Inspect and cut material with defects and seal, if necessary, to customer specifications;
Complete the inspection and cutting reason form;
Classify second quality material, if necessary, and complete forms;
Print the labels according to the specification sheet and put them in the appropriate places;
Check that the number of rolls per box corresponds to the order form;
Performs all other job related duties;
Apply the 5S concepts;
Comply with safety regulations, work methods and instructions and the quality control plan.

Quality Assurance Coordinator
DESCRIPTION
Ensure the management of the quality system, including the issuance and receipt of complaints and the active resolution of quality issues
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update all documents related to the quality standards in force in the company
Lead auditor of the various processes according to the standards in force in the company
Conducting third party and customer audits
Prepare and follow up on supplier complaints
Prepare customer return requests and send documentation
Investigate customer complaints, prepare the 5Ps and respond to customers
Prepare and send environmental reports to various government authorities when required
Be actively involved in problem solving when required
Search for parts for assembly and equipment locally and internationally according to the specifications provided by the managers
Negotiate prices
Recommend to the managers the best product quality/price
Performs all other job related duties.
Apply the 5S concepts.
Comply with safety regulations, work methods and instructions and the quality control plan.
REQUIREMENTS
College or university degree in Quality Assurance and/or Textiles or equivalent or experience in the field.
Knowledge of ISO9001-2015
Pass the color test with an A every two years.
Pass the second language test at 90%.
Have a good knowledge of the English language.
Good written French and English.

Loom Operator
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Loom Operator has the following responsibilities:
Change the spools (20lbs) that feed the looms
Pass the thread through the blades to obtain a given pattern.
Threading the loom according to the type of loom (5 types of looms).
Conduct surveillance patrol for approximately 20 trades to ensure product quality.
Change the hands of the looms.
Change the weft of the trades.
Make adjustments to the springs to eliminate defects on the safety strap.
REQUIREMENTS
Have patience and observation
Have good manual dexterity to handle small tools and parts.
