DESCRIPTION

Ensure the management of the quality system, including the issuance and receipt of complaints and the active resolution of quality issues

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain and update all documents related to the quality standards in force in the company
  2. Lead auditor of the various processes according to the standards in force in the company
  3. Conducting third party and customer audits
  4. Prepare and follow up on supplier complaints
  5. Prepare customer return requests and send documentation
  6. Investigate customer complaints, prepare the 5Ps and respond to customers
  7. Prepare and send environmental reports to various government authorities when required
  8. Be actively involved in problem solving when required
  9. Search for parts for assembly and equipment locally and internationally according to the specifications provided by the managers
  10. Negotiate prices
  11. Recommend to the managers the best product quality/price
  12. Performs all other job related duties.
  13. Apply the 5S concepts.
  14. Comply with safety regulations, work methods and instructions and the quality control plan.
